Welcome to your new training plan!
Next Level Fitness and CrossFit Uppsala offers three training plans depending on your goals
FOCUS is for you who want to challenge yourself more, and see training as an important part of your life (on it’s own). You love CrossFit as a sport and you want also performance as well as health and longevity. We consider your results in testing several times over the training year, so that the training plan evolves with your performance.
Training for FOCUS consists of 4 training days per week.
INTENT is for you who consider your physical performance the most important part of your life, and you are ready to accommodate whatever resources necessary in order to excel in the sport of fitness. On top of that you shall already master some of the more technical ingredients of CrossFit, such as squat variations of the olympic lifts and a little more advanced gymnastics (muscle-ups, butterfly pullups and so forth) as they will be performed under some more fatigue than in the FOCUS program. We strongly believe that one can reach high performance results without multiple sessions a week, so despite this being a program for performance you can reap that performance without quitting your day job or neglecting your loved ones.
Training for INTENT consists of 5 training days per week.
The cost for both FOCUS and INTENT is €35 per month, and personal guiding into which program is best for you, right now, is provided upon signing up.
There is one more program, STRUCTURE, and it is our foundational program. Structure is for you who use your training to support your life, and not the other way around. Here we focus on general physical preparedness, strength, conditioning and it is ok if you only have time for 3 sessions per week.
However to beast reap the benefits of STRUCTURE then you should, in the best of worlds, also train at our training facility in order to take full advantage of our trainers ability to adapt this program to your specifiv needs. Because if you train less, then the quality of that limited training time becomes not less important, but more.
